About your first-month hours
Every subscription includes a small allowance of hands-on time in your first month, so we can get you settled without adding extra invoices during onboarding. Beyond the first month, any hands-on work on your site is quoted upfront and billed at our standard hourly rate.

Development & maintenance
Site tweaks, plugin management, content changes, and general WordPress work. Available to Strathearn hosting clients after the first month, and to external clients working with sites we don't host. Quoted upfront per job.
Compromise recovery
If your WordPress site has been hacked, defaced, or otherwise compromised, we can help. Includes forensic assessment, clean restoration where possible, and post-recovery hardening.

Bespoke development
New sites, custom features, redesigns, integrations. Fixed quote provided after an initial scoping conversation. Typical scope from £500 to £5,000+ depending on complexity.
Consultancy & audit
A half-day security or performance audit of an existing site. You get a written report identifying issues, ranked by priority, with clear recommendations for fixing them. Available to anyone — no hosting relationship required.
Payment
Hosting is billed monthly or annually (10% discount for annual). Professional services are invoiced on completion for jobs under £500, or 50% deposit and 50% on completion for larger projects.
